Matt has previously served as the IT Director for a large behavioral healthcare center based in Austin, TX from 2015 to 2019. Graduating from Full Sail University with a B.S. degree in 2006, he started his career as a Technical Support representative in 2010. Interfacing with customers he learned to go above and beyond to help, while making the experience as easy going and pleasurable as possible. Further honing his technical skills, Matt has received technical training from Cisco (CCNA) and Microsoft (MCSA). He is currently pursuing an MBA from Baylor University. Setting the technical skills aside, Matt has a passion for helping others and enjoys creating and implementing solutions that increase the ability of his customers to achieve their business goals.

Matt also has a passion for music and music production. He has recently built a recording studio where he produces music on his free time.
